After years of integrated programming, we recognized that our work had naturally evolved into what is globally known as a Cradle-to-Career model — a coordinated, long-term approach supporting children from early childhood through education and into employment.

While we had been practicing this model intuitively for years, 2024 marked the moment we formally named, refined, and intentionally structured our work around this proven framework.

Our approach became clearer: support children early, walk with them consistently, and create pathways to dignified livelihoods.
