Ba Nga Afayo Initiative Uganda takes a community-driven approach to transforming the lives of rural children, youth, and young women. Our place-based Cradle-to-Career approach provides sustained support at every stage of life through four key pillars: Health, Education, Employment, and Empowerment. As a Sports for Development organization, we use sport to strengthen learning, leadership, inclusion, and life skills across each pillar. By integrating sport, health, education, and economic opportunities, we create pathways to lifelong wellbeing, breaking cycles of poverty and inequality.
