If 2024 was the year we intentionally shaped our work around the Cradle to Career model, then 2025 was the year we began putting that vision into practice.

Although our programs had naturally evolved to support children and young people from early childhood through adulthood, giving our approach a clear framework allowed us to become more intentional in how we designed, connected, and evaluated our work.

In 2024, Ba Nga Afayo continued advancing our mission to bring real and lasting change to children, youth, and women living in poverty through holistic programs in education, economic development, leadership, and public health.

Central to this work is our place-based cradle- to-career approach, ensuring that every child in rural Kayunga receives consistent support at each stage of life.
